- street cleaning service
- waste collection
- sending waste to recycling and disposal
The main act ATO 5 must produce is the "Piano d'ambito" (Area Plan).
Through this Plan ATO 5 defines:
a) the best model for the organization and management of the service
b) the business plan for the service
c) the plan of needed investments and their timing
d) goals and quality standards
e) tariffs.
The first "Piano d'Ambito" was approved on december 20th, 2004: the Italian version can be downloaded.
